Child Safety Zones. Sec.15 -56. Definitions. Sec. 15 -57 Prohibitions and Exceptions. Sec.15 -58. Notice. Sec.15 -59. Enforcement procedures. Sec.15 -60. Penalties and remedies. "In Summary the proposed Ordinance amendment creates "Child Safety Zones" into which 4/15/2011 Regular Meeting Page 8 of 8 registered sex offenders and persons convicted of certain crimes in which children were victims may not enter except under certain specific and defined circumstances.
