Maxner, Dooley, Brewster, Beaudion and Menezes waited for a quorum of members to arrive
until 7:45 p.m. and left for the evening. It was agreed to try to schedule a regular meeting for
Wednesday December 1, 2010.
Menezes stated that he would not be able to attend a December meeting. Maxner agreed to
canvass the rest of the Committee to confirm that a quorum would be available to conduct a
meeting on December 1st
