Bruce calls the meeting to order.

1. 15 Enon Street - The Meat House: Dan Hutchins. N.H. Si2ns. 60 Old Derry Road.
Londonderry. NH 03053
Cliff Conti from N.H. Signs states that the red color in the sign is a standard red acrylic, not
orangey or cnmson.
Newhall states that the sign out back may not be allowed because signs must face a public way.
She clarifies that the small sign faces the tracks. She adds that she has a call in to Steve
Fredrickson about this. She suggests voting on this tonight and she will note this point in her
letter.
Bruce states that if the sign is not permitted to be there they can put it on the door.
Newhall states that if this the sign is not permitted they can still put out a sign if it is 2 square
feet or smaller.
Conti states that the letters on the wall sign on the primary fa<;ade will have white sides and will
be illuminated with LED lights.
Newhall: Motion to approve the sign design as presented pending final approval by zoning,
seconded by Bruce. Passes 3-0.

Finch arrives.
Manny Janard of Freedom Communications uses his cell phone to display the colors and logo for
his sign proposal.

Brusca asks about the awning.
Janard states that the last windstorm ripped down the awning and the sign and he would like to
replace it in the future, but is not seeking DRB review of the awning at this meeting.
Finch states that he doesn't have a problem with the projecting sign and the others agree.
Newhall :
Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Finch. Passes 4-0.
3. 192 Cabot Street - Ariston Pizza & Grill: Haisho Amin. Ariston Pizza & Grill. 192

Haisho Amin of Ariston Pizza & Grill states that he is only changing the color of the sign.
Newhall states that the new sign must be the same size as the old sign and Amin agrees that it is
the same sign with different colors.
Brusca:
Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Bruce. Passes 4-0.
Approval of Minutes - April 1. 2010 Meetin2s
Newhall :
Motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Finch. Passes 3-0.
Voting members are Newhall, Bruce and Finch.
New/Other Business
OSRD -1 Lakeshore Avenue
The members state that they don't see any problem with the OSRD preferred plan.
Newhall states on the last application the DRB recommended that the developer minimize the
impermeable surfaces.
Bruce states that she wishes to request the same thing this time, and to recommend using native
species, and the members agree that this is a good design.
Newhall states that she will write a letter to the Planning Board on this.
Bruce:
Motion to adjourn, seconded by Brusca. Passes 4-0.
