Joanne Panunzio presided.
Neil Olson made the motion, seconded by John Kelley, to accept the minutes of October 27,
2009 as read. Motion passed.

Personnel: No report.
Administration: No report.
Finance: No report.
Long Range Planning: No report.
Report of the Library Director
1) Bookmobile: Patricia Cirone is working with Mike Collins to look at alternative chassis for
the new bookmobile. 2) Leaks at the Farms Library: Possible problem area has been re-mortared.
3) Montserrat College payment: Patricia Cirone is waiting for money to be transferred to the
library budget. 4) Upcoming Events: December 4 card making workshop for teens, December 5
wreath making workshop, December 6 Nutcracker Tea at the Farms Library.
Communications
1) Dennis Geller: Letter received from Dennis Geller stating that he is no longer a resident of
Beverly and has resigned from the board.
Unfinished Business
1) Meeting Room Policy: There was a discussion of the meeting room policy and how the
meeting rooms are currently being used. Neil Olson made the motion, seconded by Joanne
Panunzio, to:
add to the Meeting Room policy: Meeting rooms are not available for meetings
for which the underlying purpose is to further a commercial interest. Motion
passed.
New Business
1) Action Plan FY20 11: Patricia Cirone reviewed the proposed FY20 1 0 action plan. Neil
Olson made the motion, seconded by Anthony Kline, to:
accept the FY20 1 0 action plan as proposed. Motion passed.
The next regular meeting of the Board will be Tuesday December 15, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at Bella
Mia.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM.
