A. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Vitale called the meeting to order at 7: 00 PM.
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading of the Minutes for March 2010 - Chairman Vitale called for a reading of the
minutes from the March meeting. Commissioner Nelson made a motion to accept the
minutes, seconded by Commissioner Barnico. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Reading of the Financial Report - Commissioner White presented the financial report for
March 2010. Commissioner Forgione made a motion to accept the report, subject to
audit, seconded by Commissioner Barnico. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Presentation(s)-
. Jacob's Engineering - Craig Schuster reported on the final ALPU meeting results.
Final product will be ready in June 2010.
5. Chairman's Report - Chairman Vitale....
. Read information that had been given to him by Ken Robinson of North Atlantic Air,
Inc.

. Facility Maintenance and Web site Management Subcommittee - Commissioner
Forgione reported facility inspections will be scheduled next month (May). He also
reported the airport web site is averaging 900 hits per month.
. Public Relations Subcommittee - Chairman Vitale gave Commissioner Nelson and
Commissioner McEvoy a marketing publication to read.
. Environmental Issues Subcommittee (& NSCC Aviation Program Update)-
Commissioner Barnico reported that NSCC had their accreditation review and
passed. He also reported that Jacobs Engineering will be adding the environmental
information he recommended be placed in the ALPU.
. Airport Safety & Security Subcommittee - No Report
. Airport Operations - No report
C. AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT:
Airport Manager Mezzetti reported on the monthly aircraft traffic count, monthly landing fee
collections, March noise complaints (None), Airport Layout Plan Update (ALPU), Cape Ann
Hangar Associates' hangar status, 2009-2010 snow total, ASMP (80/20) Kawasaki mule acquisition
grant update, Hutchins eminent domain tree removal update, formal vote on access road release,
and airfield maintenance.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
. Commissioner White made a motion to surplus the access road in back of the AdminlMaint
building for non-exclusive access use. Commissioner Forgione seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously.
. Commissioner White made a motion to transfer funds from an existing budget line item,
Contracted Services (20450-53036), to a special, yet to be named easement fund line item.
Commissioner Barnico seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

passed unanimously.
