A. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vitale called the meeting to order at 7: 00 PM.
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading of the Minutes for February 2010 - Chairman Vitale called for a reading of the
minutes from the February meeting. Commissioner White made a motion to accept the
minutes, seconded by Commissioner Forgione. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Reading of the Financial Report - Commissioner White presented the financial report for
February 2010. Commissioner Barnico made a motion to accept the report, subject to
audit, seconded by Vice Chairman Mahoney. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Presentation(s)-
. Jacob's Engineering - Craig Schuster discussed the Hutchins property maps and
approach profile. Dave Graham discussed a two-box P API system in use at Stow
Airport.
5. Chairman's Report - Chairman Vitale....
. Reported that a RFP will be coming out soon again for Parcel "A", the property in
back of the AdminlMaint building
. Reported that the Mayor is undecided on a RFP for the parcel at the corner ofL. P.
Henderson Road and the east side of Sam Fonzo Road

. Property/Legal/Finance Subcommittee -Vice Chairman Mahoney discussed "drop
dead" dates for the Parcel "A" RFP.
. Noise Abatement Subcommittee - Vice Chairman Mahoney stated that to be a good
neighbor, the airport should not seek hangar development in the Master Plan ALP
Update between TXY "D" and Bradford Street in Danvers.
. Facility Maintenance and Web site Management Subcommittee - Commissioner
Forgione reported the following hits to the BVY website: January-739, February-
810, and March 1st thru March 8th -237.
. Public Relations Subcommittee - Commissioner Nelson had tax question(s) on the
airport's Danvers property.
. Environmental Issues Subcommittee (& NSCC Aviation Program Update)-
Commissioner Barnico discussed a man who had environmental concerns regarding
the proposed skating rink. He also reported the North Shore Community College
was being evaluated by college accreditors.
. Airport Safety & Security Subcommittee - Commissioner Dettorre stated there is
interest to hold another disaster exercise.
. Airport Operations - No report
C. AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT:
Airport Manager Mezzetti reported on the monthly aircraft traffic count, monthly landing fee
collections, February noise complaints (None), Airport Master Plan ALPU Update, ASMP 80/20
Kawasaki mule acquisition grant, P API status, hangar development status, BVY's participation in a
TSA airport vulnerability assessment study, and the possibility of receiving some property tax relief
from the Town of Wenham.

Motion to adjourn made by Commissioner Forgione, seconded by Commissioner Nelson. Motion
passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:30PM.
