Newhall calls the meeting to order.
Si2n Approval
1. 491 Cabot Street. Getty. Melina Sassano. Core States Group. 279 Campus Drive.
Somerset. NJ 09973
David Kelley with the Core States Group states that Getty will become BP. He presents an
alternative to the sign design that was originally presented. He states that the off white
section of the sign will not show at night, so only the helios will glow.
The members determine that they prefer the original design.
Newhall states that she is OK with this design.
Bruce: Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Newhall. Passes 3-0.
2. 446 Rantoul Street. CVS/Pharmacy. Carol BU2bee. Poyant Si2ns. P.O. Box 87. East
Sandwich. MA 02537
Carol Bugbee states that there are 2 primary signs and a sign on the canopy, plus the
directional signs.
Newhall states that the directional signs are out of the Board's purview since they do not
exceed two square feet.
Newhall: Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Brusca. Passes 3-0.

Ed Juralewicz states that this is at the rest stop on Rt. 128 North. He explains that there is
one wall sign now and they wish to have the logo and "Danversbank" in non-illuminated
PVC letters and "ATM" in illuminated PVC letters. He adds that they will replace the face
on the pylon with "Danversbank ATM". This sign will also be internally illuminated.
Newhall: Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Bruce. Passes 3-0.
4. 240 Cabot Street. Danversbank. Revised Proposal. Proiectin2 Si2n. Ed Juralewicz.

Juralewicz states that he would like to review the clock sign again, stating that the sign does
not look very good without the crown on there. He states that he added an authentic crown
molding to the sign. The crown molding has more detail and fits in with the details on the
building.
The members agree that this design is better than the last one.
Bruce: Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Brusca. Passes 3-0.
