Library employee union contract has been signed. 4) Building Maintenance: Contract for HV AC

been constant repairs. Patricia Cirone is also concerned about other building maintenance issues
that need attention, such as signage in the parking lot and crumbling bricks and mortar. 5)
Bookmobile: The bookmobile did not pass inspection and is off the road. Patricia Cirone is
getting estimates for repair. Fundraising is at $70,000. Danvers Bank and Rotary will contribute
