Newhall calls the meeting to order.

1. Dod2e Street. Shaw's Plaza - T Mobile - Pretorius Electric & Si2n Co. LLC, 267 A
South Main Street. West Brid2ewater. MA 02379
Richard Pretorius states that this is a box sign with channel letters and a background that curves
out. He adds that the colors are corporate colors.
The members express concern about the diversion from the panel letter policy at the Shaw's
Plaza. They determine that black letters would work better, and the "T" could be magenta.
They agree that the size of the sign is fine and that it can be backlit.
Finch suggests that Pretorius check with his client to determine how to redesign this sign.
Newhall states that the Board could approve this design with conditions.
Finch: Motion to approve the design provided that channel letters are used without the
black background. Black, white, grey or magenta letters may be used and they may be backlit.
The motion is seconded by Brusca. Passes 4-0.
2. 328 Cabot - The Computer Lab - William Amore. 328 Cabot Street. Beverlv. MA 01915
William Amore states that the signs will be identical and will measure 8' x 2'.
Finch states that he has no issues with the signs and the other members agree.
Finch:
Motion to approve the signs' design, seconded by Bruce. Passes 4-0.

Michael V orse states that there will be dimensional letters on the side of the building, 3 awnings,
vinyl decals on the side of the building, and a small projecting sign.
The members agree that this is a good design.
Finch:
Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Newhall. Passes 4-0.
4. 43 Enon Street - Pinnacle Bikes - Ed Juralewicz. United Si2n Co.. 33 Tozer Road.
Beverly. MA 01916
Ed Juralewicz states that there will be a flush mounted channel letter sign and a pylon sign panel
replacement. He states that the manager of the shopping center has very general sign
regulations. He also stated that the "bikes" portion of the sign is too small to use channel letters.
Finch states that the sign appears to be totally disjointed as a graphic because the two words are
so different. Juralewicz states that he considered running it as one line and having the "bikes"
sign in the other storefront but it would be too stretched out. After much discussion, the
members agree to approve the sign as is.
Newhall :
Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Bruce. Passes 4-0.
5. 197 Cabot Street - Couch Potato - Jessica Barate & Robert McKenna Jr.. 197 Cabot
Street. Beverly. MA 01915
Jessica Barate states that this store will offer used video game.
Finch states that this design is straightforward.

Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Brusca. Passes 4-0.
