Such plan shall include, but need not be limited to, a list of repairs to be made upon all highways, streets and bridges; the criteria of selection, estimates of cost and funding sources, planned time sequence of such repairs, estimates of when such repairs shall occur, and provision for emergency repairs. Each such plan shall, as soon as may be practicable, be reviewed by the City Council, which may refer said plan to the Committee on Public Services. In addition, particular attention should be given to the following: - Traffic signs and controls at the intersections of Winter, Cabot, Pond and Knowlton Streets; - Traffic signs and controls at the intersection of Essex and Dane Streets; - Parking in this area, with particular attention given to Knowlton Street; 2-Way vs. 1-Way Traffic on Knowlton Street.
