This application for a Lodging House License for the premises at 32 Broadway is sent to you at the request of the City Solicitor's Office.
Despite being used continuously as a Lodging House, this facility has not had a Lodging House License since 2004. At present, although
this application is pending, the premises have failed to pass a number of inspections required by Chapter 12 99119, 120 of the Revised
Ordinances.
If the pending status of the License application results in a denial of the requested License, it is the intention of the Solicitor's office to
commence an enforcement action against this facility.

mayor with parameters on the total project at the high school including contingencies to stay within the amount voted by the city council of
$65 million dollars.

Ordered: That whereas the $65 million dollars voted by the City Council on February 6,2006 for a renovated/new wing at the high school is
in a fluid situation as state regulations are being constantly revised, that the Planning and Construction Committee, to avoid cost
overruns, report to said Council every 3 months regarding progress in the months of March, June, September and December each year
until the building project as been accepted by the city.

Ordered: That the City of Beverly's Information Technology Department post the Mayor's Fiscal Year 2007 Budget Recommendations on
the City's main website (www.beverlyma.gov) within 1 week after it is released to the City Council and that the Department similarly post
the City Council's approved budget within one week of its adoption. The Department shall keep both documents posted on the City's
website for the entire fiscal year, but shall redact the names of any police, fire, or school personnel.
