Motion to approve the sign design, seconded by Finch. Passes 3-0.
2. 299 Dod2e Street - Kim Nails & Spa - N2han Huynh. 178 Central Avenue. Apt. #5. Chelsea.
MA 02150
Owner Nghan Huynh states that the sign will not be illuminated and the dimensions are 2' X 10'.
McGowan: Motion to approve the sign design, seconded by Finch. Passes 3-0.
3. 443 Essex Street - Dunkin' Donuts/Centerville Gas & Mart - Sam Ayoub. 443 Essex Street.
Beverly. MA 01915
Dunkin' Donuts owner Dinart Serpa states that these signs will be externally illuminated.

Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by McGowan. Passes 3-0.
4. 237 Cabot Street - Centraal Cycle - Marc Bavineau. 10 Led2e Lane. Gloucester. MA 01930
Marc Bavineau states the non-illuminated sign will be made out of "Dye-bond" with a metal frame.

Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Finch. Passes 3-0.
