Beverly CATV Advisory Commission Meeting

Dan Murphy - Chairman, George Johnson, Steve Pike, Arthur Crandall, Al Torsey, Bob
Murphy, , Eric Overberg, Neil Overberg.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT:
S. Pike, A. Torsey, E. Overberg, D Murphy.
PUBLIC:
(BEVCAM) Don Berman, Walt Kosmowski.
· A quorum not being present Dan opened an informal meeting at 7:00.

· Public Comments: None.
· Walt Kosmowski presented the March BevCam report re: staff, production
schedule, project outreach, technical issues and financials. Discussion followed.
· Dan got in touch with Bill Hewig of Kopelman and Paige to set a meeting to
discuss an action plan for the up coming contract negotiations, Re: preparation of the
contract, fee, etc.
· Dan suggested more frequent meetings with the education sub committee, Judy
Miller - technical director - IT, on their data and technology issues.
· Eric will set up another meeting with Russ Fisk, Director IT on the City of
Beverly's issues
· The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13 t\ 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at
BevCam.
· Dan asked members present to suggest another member for the CATV AC.
· At 7:45 P.M. the meeting was adjourned.
