He adds that he was concerned with the 30-inch height but the PCS letters are small. He asks if the "Authorized Dealer" sign is a separate sign. Newhall states that it is a separate sign but it is a wall sign, which is allowed. Finch confirms that they were allowed to have a sign on each side. He asks about the blue color. Adam Bagarella states that it is a violet. He says that the canopy letters are 5 inches. Newhall says that she doesn't like the "Authorized Dealer" sign right under the roof sign, and she would prefer that in the window. Tim Sullivan states that he could reduce that sign to 8 inches in height. Finch states that the ordinance does not allow more than 10 square feet of signage in the windows or 20% of the window space. Newhall suggests stating that their first choice would be to place the "Authorized Dealer" sign in the window, and if that will not be allowed, they must reduce the size to 8 inches in height.
