Furthermore, a public hearing was set for December 18, 2008 to set the water and sewer rates effective January 1, 2009 thru June 30,

considered said matter and beg leave to report as follows, to wit:

Ordered: That the City Council of the City of Beverly will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 7:00 PM in Council
Chambers, third floor, City Hall, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA relative to Amendment of order #255 and to set new water and sewer rates
effective Jan 1, 2009 thru June 30, 2009
