MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING

Commissioners Barnico, Dettorre, Lydon, Mahoney, Nelson, Tosi, and Vitale

Commissioners Forgione, Freyer, Tognazzi, and White

Craig Schuster, John Duval, Richard Chase, Charlene Chase, Joe Gibbons, and Tony

A. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vitale called the meeting to order at 7: 00 PM.
1. Reading of the Minutes for October 2008 - Chairman Vitale called for a reading of the
minutes from the October meeting. Commissioner Dettorre made a motion to accept the
minutes, seconded by Vice Chairman Mahoney. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Reading of the Financial Report - No report
3. Chairman's Report - Chairman Vitale updated the commission on:
. Dana Axelrod's sport aircraft business
. Proposed meeting with Danvers Town Manager regarding noise abatement
. Kelleher parcel sale
4. Presentations:
. Jacobs, Edwards & Kelcey - Craig Schuster provided an update on the FFY08 ALP
Update and FFY09 RW 16-34 Crack Repair Project.
B. OLD BUSINESS
1. Subcommittee Reports:
. Property/Legal/Finance Subcommittee -Vice Chairman Mahoney provided an update
on A B Aviation and their request for rent relief in order to do repairs to Building
#54. Motion - Commissioner Dettorre made a motion to accept $500 per month for
two (2) years from A B Aviation and to require that the commission receive proof of
repairs and repair costs, and that Chairman Vitale would ensure a certain level of
repairs, seconded by Vice Chairman Mahoney. Motion passed unanimously.

. Airport Safety & Security Subcommittee - Commissioner Dettorre reported on an
airport safety meeting to be held the following Thursday at 3 :OOPM.
C. AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT - Airport Manager Mezzetti reported on the monthly aircraft
traffic count, monthly landing fee collections, October noise complaints, the Joint FAA and MAMA
Conference, deer strike remediation, Something Different Restaurant alcohol waiver, Kelleher parcel
status, RW 16-34 Crack Repair Project, proposed FAA large aircraft security project, and airport
maintenance.
D. NEW BUSINESS:

E. COMMISSION COMMENTS:
Commissioner Tosi updated the commission on the value ofBVY based aircraft inventory.

Motion to adjourn made by Commissioner Dettorre, seconded by Commissioner Lydon. Motion
passed unanimously at 9: 10PM.
