A meeting of the Commissioners of Trust Funds was held on October
6, 1994 at 8:00 a.m. at the Beverly National Bank, 240 Cabct
Street, Beverly. Present were Lawrence Smith and Judith Mulligan.
They reviewed requests for assistance from the Nancy Millerr Fund
and the following recommendations were made:
Beverly Female Charitable Society $1000
We, Care About Homes $1000
Myles McPherson Youth Center $3100
VNANorth Shore $2880
Beverly Regional YMCA $2500
As a quorumwas not present, letters were sent to James Dawson and
Peter Copelas requesting their approval of these recommendations.
Approval was received from Mr. Dawson on October 15, 1994. Mr.
Copelas did not respond.
As there has now been approval by a quorum of members, th~
Commissioners requested that the City Treasurer make payment
these organizations in the amounts denoted above as soon as
possible.
