Chairperson Dinkin calls the meeting to order at 1 :00 p.m. He states the purpose of the
meeting is to conduct a site visit of the Beaver Pond Road OSRD. He states that the
owner has authorized the public to join the site walk, however members of the public will
not be allowed to speak during this meeting.
1. Continued OSRD Initial Review #01-08 Beaver Pond Road - Gwenn Evitts
Attorney Carmen Frattaroli displays a copy of Concept Plan #4 as a reference to Board
members as they walk the length of Beaver Pond Road abutting Ms. Evitts property.
Members view the rhododendrons, steep slopes and the area bound by the conservation
restriction. Mr. Frattaroli points out the approximate boundary lines of the house lots.
Thomson asks about the amount of disturbance that will occur on each lot. Panunzio asks
questions about the soil absorption systems.
Dinkin adjourns the meeting at 2:30 p.m.
