MINUTES OF MEETING
JANUARY 16, 2003
· Minutes of December 17, 2002 meeting read and
accepted.
· Letter sent to Governor Romney regarding cuts in
Mass. Office on Disabilities’ budget.
· Elise Bernstein received e-mail from Tom Scully RE:
handicapped trails in Beverly Open Space. Elise and
Kathy Tracy will set-up meeting with other Boards and
commissions who have interests in this space.
· Handicapped Parking Affidavit has been changed to
eliminate member’s name from the top of the affidavit.
Member’s signature still required at bottom, but will be
blanked out on copy sent to violator. This will eliminate
phone calls to members from violator.
· Instructions for filing reimbursement forms were given.
Next meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on February 20,
