Joanne Panunzio presided.
Roseann Benson made the motion, seconded by Neil Olson, to accept the minutes of October 24,
2007 as read. Motion passed.

Report of the Library Director
Anna Langstaff, Assistant Library Director, filled in for Patricia Cirone.
1) Upcoming Programs: Family Wreath Decorating workshop December 1; Farms Nutcracker
Tea December 2; Gingerbread House workshop December 8; Monday Mornings Holiday Music
December 10; genealogy class in 2008.2) Pancake Breakfast: Bookmobile fundraiser pancake
breakfast was well-attended. 3) Book Sale: Friends raised $5,300.4) HV AC: Work is continuing
on HV AC system. 5) Cracked windows: Dept. of Public Works will get an estimate for window
repairs. 6) Snow Removal: Mike Collins suggested that the library hire a snow removal
contractor to help with shoveling and plowing. 7) Furniture: New furniture has been installed,
but waiting for some missing parts.

New Business
1) FY2009 Action Plan: Library trustees reviewed the proposed FY2009 Action Plan. Neil Olson
made the motion, seconded by Kathleen McMahon, to:
accept the FY2009 Action Plan as amended. Motion passed.
The next regular meeting of the Board will be Monday, December 17,2007 at 7:00 P.M.
at the Bella Mia Restaurant.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
