Newhall: Motion to approve the minutes from the December 6, 2007 meeting,
seconded by Bruce. Passes 4-0. Houseman did not vote because he did not attend the
December meeting.
4. Starbucks Coffee - 242 Elliot Street - Si2n Desi2n
Bruce confirms that the Board must review three signs.
Russ Baker of "Signs by Russ" states that there is a clearance pole for tall trucks to warn
of the maximum height. He explains that Starbucks will occupy only one half of this
building so all of the signs will be on one side of the property.

Bruce confirms the recommendation that the sign be no higher that 15 feet from grade.
