MINUTES OF MEETING
October 16, 2003
Members Present:
Eileen Twiss, Kevin Gallant, Norman
Ganley, and Robert Nelson.
1. Parking fine account $8,044.33 after allocated
expenses as of September 30, 2003.
2. Voted to meet at 8:30 a.m. every other month starting
on November 20, 2003.
3. Voted not to meet in December.
4. Norm reported on site visit to the Shoe Pond access
walk with members of the Harbor Authority. Letter
sent to Harbor Authority relative to access at Balch
Street.
5. Received request from Bob Nelson regarding access
issues at the McKay School.
6. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
