A. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vitale called the meeting to order at 7: 00 PM.
1. Reading of the Minutes for October 2007 - Chairman Vitale called for a reading of
the minutes from the October meeting. Commissioner White made a motion to
accept the minutes, seconded by Vice Chairman Mahoney. Motion passed
unanimously.
2. Reading of the Financial Report - Commissioner White presented the financial
report for October 2007. Vice Chairman Mahoney made a motion to accept the
report, subject to audit, seconded by Commissioner Lydon. Motion passed
unanimously.
3. Chairman's Report - Chairman Vitale informed/updated the commission on the
following.
. Introduced new airport commissioner, Steve Tosi
. Mayor's plan to swap AdminlMaint building extension for the 6-acre skating
rink land
. Commissioner Barnico was asked to be the Beverly Airport historian.
. Signage Update
. 5-Year C.I.P. Plan Update
. Corporate Users Update
4. Presentations:
. Jacobs, Edwards & Kelcey - Dave Graham updated the commission on RW 16
V AR surfaces and tree cutting that will be done at the end of R W 16 during
the week of November 19th.

1. Subcommittee Reports:
. Property/Legal/Finance Subcommittee - Vice Chairman Mahoney updated the
commission on status of the RFP of the 3-acre parcel in back of the
AdminlMaint building and the latest Airport PowerPoint presentation.
. Public Relations Subcommittee - No report
. Facility Maintenance Subcommittee - Commissioner Forgione updated the
commission on the AdminlMaint flood lighting and that the proposed L. P.
Henderson Road name change has been dropped.
. Off-Airport Obstructions - Chairman Vitale updated the commission on
Runway 16 off-airport tree removal.
. Environmental Issues & NSCC Aviation Program - Commissioner Barnico
informed the commission that a local environmental activist has finally been
convinced that anything south ofL. P. Henderson Road is Bass River.
Commissioner Barnico requested authorization to purchase twenty copies of a
pilot's book for $122.50 to distribute to the NSCC Aviation Program and the
Civil Air Patrol. Commissioner White made a motion to approve the request,
seconded by Commissioner Lydon. Motion passed unanimously.
. Special Projects - Chairman Vitale informed the commission the AdminlMaint
building office area has been painted and AdminlMaint building extension has
been tabled.
. Airport Safety & Security Coordination - John Duval submitted his report for
October 2007.
C. AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT
Airport Manager Mezzetti reported on the monthly aircraft traffic count, monthly landing fee
collections, RW 9/27 Reconstruction Project, NxAero and C.AP. lease status, Taxiway"B"
crack sealing, potential resumption of airport hay cutting, and airport maintenance.

At 8:43PM, motion to adjourn made by Commissioner Lydon, seconded by Commissioner
Tosi. Motion passed unanimously.
