Alyse Gause presided.
Alyse Gause reported that the trustees finished the survey at the last long range planning meeting.
Patricia Cirone distributed copies of the formatted survey(dated 1/2007) and explained some of
the changes she made. The trustees reviewed the formatted survey. Alyse Gause and John Kelley
will do a final proof reading. The trustees discussed the logistics of getting the survey mailed out.
Alyse Gause reviewed the timetable. The trustees revised the survey cover letter.
Long Range Planning Committee will meet on Tuesday, February 27,2007 at 6:30 P.M.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55P.M.
