Currently parking is allowed on the south side of this section of Pleasant S1. The purpose is to keep vehicles away from the garage entrance of the Depot 44 Square Condominiums so that traffic is unimpeded entering and exiting the underground garage. The Beverly Fire Department also would like vehicles kept off the south side of the Pleasant street so they have unimpeded access to the building's fire connection value. These recommendations were approved by the Parking and Traffic Commission. Please take the necessary action to amend Chapter 14, Section 120 as follows; Delete: Sec 14-120 Pleasant Street, north side, from Rantoul Street to River Street. Add: Sec 14-120 Pleasant Street, south side, from Rantoul Street to River Street. Very Truly Yours, Christopher J.
