Planning and Construction Committee Minutes
February 21, 2007
A Meeting of the Planning and Construction Committee was held on
Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. at the Beverly Public
Library, 32 Essex Street, Beverly, MA.
Members Present: Chairman Ray Bouchard, Rod Maxner, Cheryl
Sydorko, Bob Griffin, Tim Brenna, and Maureen Hobin.
Others Present: Peter Seamans and Cheryl Lamont.
The Meeting was called to order at 7:03 P.M. by the Chairman, Mr.
Ray Bouchard.
Mr. Maxner made a motion to approve the minutes of January 17,
2007 as amended. Mrs. Hobin seconded. All in favor. Motion
passes.
Mr. Seamans stated that he had nothing to report to the Commission
on the status of the City building projects.
Chairman Bouchard stated that the Mayor had reappointed all board
members of this committee and that they needed to make
arrangements to be sworn in.

Chairman Bouchard stated that the new School Building Committee
meeting was scheduled for March 1, 2007, at 7:00 P.M. in Room 164
at Memorial.
Mr. Seamans presented the following invoices for payment:

Mr. Maxner made a motion to approve the invoices as presented.
Mr. Brennan seconded. All in favor. Motion passes.
Mr. Maxner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:06 P.M. Mrs.
Sydorko seconded. All in favor. Motion passes.
