Call to Order:
Mr. Lawler called the meeting to order and stated that Mr. Crandall and Mr. Lambert
were not present; he also introduced the guests, Ray Bouchard and John Dunn.
Approval of Minutes:
Mr. Barger motioned to approve the minutes of November, 2007, seconded by Mr.
Richardson. Motion carried 5-0.
Facilities
:
·Monthly Finance Report
Mr. Lawler stated no activity took place regarding the finance report.
Policy & Grievance
All discussion was tabled until January 2007 meeting.

Old Business
·Manici Status:
Mr. Lawler stated that Mr. Klein performed an excellent job as a tri-party member in
resolving the matter with satisfaction to both parties.
·Club House Life/Safety Issues
Mr. Dunn stated that Mr. Lambert will compose a letter to the City Council addressing
safety issue repairs to the club house.
New Business
·Tree Removal:
Mr. Barger reviewed his discussion Mike Collins, DPW, and Phil Klimowitz, City
Arborist regarding Infrared Pictures of the property which would indicate roots and
drainage pipe location and damage. He stated that Mr. Collins has such a machine. He
stated that if Myer Tree Service performed the job of tree removal (two areas of brush,
some willows possibly) the cost would be approx. $25,000. He also commented on the
drainage project to soon take place in Raymond Farms.
The members questioned where the funds would come from.
Mr. Barger motioned to approve not more than $25,000 for tree and brush removal
contingent upon the funds be allocated by the Finance Department, motioned was
seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried 5-0.
Mr. Barger motioned to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried 5-0.
