This is a quick synopsis of our July 6 meeting with the
mayor. Tom, Nancy, Joan, Ginny, Rich, Tina, Frank and Nick
met with Bill Scanlon, who whole-heartedly endorsed the
concept of setting up some kind of authority to oversee the
continued renovations at Lynch Park. He requested that LPAC
send him a formal letter which he can present to the City
Council when it reconvenes in September.
