Planning and Construction Minutes – May 17, 2006 Page 2. Chairman Bouchard stated that Flansburg and Associates recommended having a meeting with the Mayor regarding resolution of the wind turbine. Mr. Seamans stated that he was given a description of MTC’s evaluation of the leaks at the Beverly Farms Branch Library. Tappe Associates and Peterson will be coming in to take a look and give a report on their findings, as there seems to be water coming in from the skylights and other areas.
