and Kevin O’Reilly

Andrews, Jo-Ann Roy

Joanne Panunzio presided.
Search committee for the library director’s position interviewed candidate Patricia Cirone. After
Ms. Cirone left the meeting the trustees discussed her candidacy. John Kelley made the motion,
seconded by Todd Balf, to recommend Patricia Cirone as the candidate for the position of library
director to the full Board. Motion passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
