Todd Balf presided.
Helga Senko made the motion, seconded by Joanne Panunzio, to accept the minutes of
November 29, 2005 as read. Motion passed.

Committee Reports
Personnel: Joanne Panunzio reported on the progress of the search process for library director.
Out of the five candidates to be interviewed, three have been interviewed, one dropped out, and
one will be interviewed on December 29.
Administration: No report.
Finance: Finance committee will set up a meeting in January to work on FY2007 budget.
Long Range Planning: No report.
Report of the Acting Library Director
1) Lindsay Diehl: Lindsay Diehl has resigned as trustee.

1) Thank you note received from Scott Hughes.
