Ordered: That the City Council of the City of Beverly approve the request of the Mayor for an appropriation to Reserve for
Unforeseen from available funds in the amount of $190,953.26 from donations from Endicott College, $40,000 Beverly
Hospital $10,000 and release of an excess escrow reserve from the sale of the Edwards School in the amount of $140,953.26
and a transfer from Reserve for Unforeseen to Police Department in the amount of two hundred forty five thousand
($245,000.00) Dollars. Two Hundred Twenty Thousand ($220,000) Dollars will be used to supplement various salary lines and
twenty five thousand ($25,000) Dollars will be used to fund the purchase of a new cruiser.
