Mr. Lawler called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Mr. Lawler introduced John Dunn, City Finance Director; Bill Coughlin, City Councelor;
and Tom Smith, Golf Pro.

Management Contract:
The Commission discussed the new memberships received due to the advertisement in
the newspaper. There were approximately 50 new membership requests. The also
discussed 23 members have requested a leave-of-absence.

Monthly Finance Report:

Status Course Improvements:
Mr. Lambert stated that the club house needs some immediate attention. He also stated
that improvements need to include increased use to create revenue for the club. Mr.
Klein stated that we are beginning to approach the public informing them that the
Commission is now working as a partnership with Johnson Management to bring the
membership back to where it was. He also stated that the golfers will return knowing that
positives changes are being made at the club. With all involved doing their job and the
public feeling welcome they will return. A solid short term plan should be created. An
important aspect is to maintain enough staff to keep up with the needs of the members
and the maintenance.

Golf Course Architect Update:
There was some discussion regarding the Gale Report. Mr. Smith was advised to read
the Gale Report to familiarize himself with the long term plans the Commission will put
into play for course improvements.
