the performance standards can be met.

Roy: Yes- included in the 21-yr report. Done on the fl~ash.
Peter: This particular area is not tributary to the
reserVOIr. Bass River, from a service standpoint, tributary
to the ocean solely.

-Consensus: Don't transfer the water.
