Clarification? Gus Sharry made the presentation. He recapped the list of requested additional information. Explained on the plan, the staking done. 1) Delete the loop on the water main from Eisenhower to the proposed road. Will confer with Capt. Jutras, BFD. 2) Flood Routing Backup will submit in one entire package for next meeting -(to Mr. Taubert) ]) Owner authorization -Neg~tiating with proper people- will have for next meeting. Needs more addressing with the people The swale does not have to be on McGlynn's property. 4) Small dredging of pond in the brook. Also to be submitted- next meeting. Attorney Hall submitted copies, at this time. Re= Points made at a November 19th. Meeting Read and Explained in detail. 5) Flood Plain on site- 245 acres downstream part of brook- Crass St. East Lothrop Street. (152-156 C.F.S.) 50% more drainage I I 6) Cross Lane Culvert- Acute flooding down to the ocean. Not included in Notice of Intent, included in booklet re~ calculation. If not addressed, CQuld be up to the City to determine the culvert. George questioned the cubic footage of the downstream culvert. What goes through there Approximatly? Gus Sharry answered 4-24" diameter corrugated metal pipes, 44 cubic feet per second (April '87 storm) Coming over the road (lowpoint) from Cross Lane 4-6". Peter questioned responsibility of retention pond? Sharry answered has not been determined yet. To be included in Notice- Ownership of the roadway, etc. As of this date-2 owners. Mr Taubert commented on the planning board and their regulations re: SUB-DIVIDING LOTS GENERAL PUBLIC Ciavolo 109 Cross Lane- Water concerns more so at the present, than when he first moved there 3 years ago.
