Robert Lynch from Atlantic Engineering. Mr. Lynch made the
presentation.
George questioned stakes.
Peter questioned house site.
-Located on the ground--house contours.
-Provide information from Sanford.
-Proposed replication plan, marked in field for viewing.
-Worded description for house proposal .
-Plans for run-off-driveway to wetlands, such as a barrier of
some kind. Peas tone l' deep and l' wide.
-Scaling done side of house.
-Seek varian~e going up towards side line, if above is not
possible, then do the following;
-Setting down a restriction in the ~eed so as to avoid au
encroachment.

Proposal of wood deck mentioned tonight, told by chairman
that it should be put on a proposed plan. Also,drain
showing one outlet to the wetlands.
-Revise Notice of Intent shpwing book and page numbers.
Include deck on notice of intent and on the plan,also
showing the perimeter frain, and a revised plan.
