Maurice B. Wyman, franchise owner, Peter J. Feuerbach, Atty., and Anthony M. Sanchez
of A.M.S. Construction approach the Board with a Site Plan Review for Burger King on
Rte. 128 North. Mr. Wyman refers to plans on table to explain changes. The Beverly

previously approved have been moved slightly. The bathrooms have also been reduced
in size to accommodate the additional room. The inside of the building will be reduced
by approximately 800 SF. More columns have been added to the front of the building.
The doors will be white, architectural shingles of gray slate, vinyl siding on freezer
cooler, but explains the footprint will remain the same. There will be a red band along
the top of the building. The sign square footage not to exceed 150 SF per Mr. Brennan.
The signs, colors and fonts to be addressed on separate application at a later date.
Ms. Hurlburt and Ms. O'Brien request a photograph of the band to be placed on top of

Ms. Hurlburt responds the Cummings Properties consists of different lots; therefore this
sign will not be on the same lot as the Cummings Center sign.
Ms. Hurlburt questions the height of20' and the internal illumination and suggest
reducing height. She alse> states internal illumination on a 20' sign would not be
esthetically pleasing.
Mr. Litchman agrees to reduce the height by only a fe\v feet; states height is an important
factor to their business.
Mr. Overson states the Beverly National Bank A TM building is 12', the fountain is 10'
and the trees are growing which would make 20' a reasonable request.
Ms. O'Brien states Mr. Houseman of the Zoning Board of Appeals should review request.
Mr. Litchman suggests changing the design to a "1''' shape si!,'11.
Ms. Hurlburt asks if the "T" shape sign will still match the Cummings Center sign and if
