Nancy is very concerned about the wetlands, replication area, etc.
Paul Sommer talked about the 3 pipes that would be installed to
contain the water, and also to transport salamanders, etc. instead of
just one large pipe.
Nancy also concerned regarding the use of a septic system. Should
consult with the Health Department.
Paul Sommer commented that extensive perk tests have been performed,
and that the septic systems would be far enough away- TITLE 5 STATES

Is a marsh area. We are disturbing 40 linear feet at the outlet area.
George Batchelder~ The bank is being disturbed. It should be
answered/addressed, not a serious problem, but not to be omitted.
