Jack Dowley, made the presentation and described the project. Waterman- Approximately 192 Square feet is filled for the drive. The road will be maintained by the owners. George questioned test pits. Waterman: Wetland will be reproduced as closely as possible, replication, etc. Peter Questioned the sewer pipe line. Dowley: the entire association will maintain it. Ray wants additional information on the (correct piping), road crossing, standard detour on flared ends, marrative on the plan, cross-sections on the piping. Submarine cable floor of Beverly Harbor John Davis, representing. Explained the project. Six (6) submarine cables are to be removed near the bridge. This project has been to the proper boards required for approval on this project. Paul McManus- From Gulf of Maine to answer any questions. No heavy equipment will be used. Work will be started late spring -early summer. Ray commented there are 2 outstanding Orders of Conditions on this site. -cross-section of the cable -plan swhow limits -special detail of the installation proposal for the granite seawall -40 scale profile-show 100-yr flood elevation. -Acquire a letter from Marine Fisheries -plan-show limits of the buffer zone -sediments- Tell us what they are? -Re: easment- submit plan and document -How will the sea wall be protected during work for the year? -An engineer to do this NOT a surveyor.
