Construction for a residential wood-framed two unit
dwelling. Mr. Thompson,representlng.
Area was wet this year-reason for this application.
Peter questioned the basement fInIshed floor, filling, etc.
George questioned Mr. Thompson's reasoning for the
request/flooding?
Joe questioned amount of fill/
Chairman: Is this land subject to the act?
Under flood hazard maps- It is In zone B. Since no brook,
no stream, no wetland vegetation-only jurisdiction, is it in
a Flood Hazard Zone? It is a Civil matter water cannot flow
in a direction (flooding an abutter) if water didn't flow
that waw before a unit was built.
