site visit, the commission commented the land is isolated.
Vinnie- The calculations are in doubt. How were they figured out?

George- There is some discrepancy in the area involved.
A topo plan minimum 1-foot contour with spot elevations of the area
involved. 950-scale of the depression- 1 year event not L,
determination of the actual volume in the depression.

Vinnie- Has a problem with wall construction and area of trees to be
removed.
