Rip-Rap along be~ch constantly gets moved around, due to high tides, wave height etc. George Batchelder questioned flap valve, also, any change in the existing wetlands? George Za8bouras: virtually there will be no change. Joe Manzi questioned the seawall. G. Zambouras: no major wok re: the seawall. All work will be done behind it. GENERAL PUBLIC John Morse- Abutter- would like a cleaning out between his property and the seawall. Also questioned the metal stairs, George Zambouras assured him they won't be t.ouched. George Batchelder referred to October 25, 1986 letter. Item #6 Alterations of houses behind wetlands. George feels this is a major discrepency. (2 ) Joe commented all grading was to be leveled (from former meetings) at Beth and Joan's request. Cornetta referred to the letter of June 18, 1985; much deliberation re: plans. Enforcement order, site survey, site visits,etc. 16E,15, 16B, 16A seeking finals. Cornetta displayed plan from Sept. 1985- Lots 16 and 16E. Alson seeking a cert on the roadway and the pipeline (goes fr'om lot 16E). Information sufficient! Field ~ 5-53. Permit extension request Discussion questions completion of proJect?
