Applicant's engineers had i~ as a 100 year storm!!
Steins walked the site, filmed the water. One acre ana a
half of h','lter entered the sit.e. (453 gallons)
The storm ran for B days- a 20 yr. event
144,000 cubic feet of water at peak cf storm.
Retention Basin could not contain this.
