Mr. Ellis (representative) and Colleen Cronin (Project
Director) .
Mr. Ellis explained rip rap, placing of stones, temporary
swale, prevention of water going over the slope, etc.

Representative, Gus Sharry of Hancock Survey.
To add gravel surface to driveways, and to enlargen the
parking area. Will fill 1000 square feet of wetlad, to
replace it with 1100 square feet. Will convert from a top
soil condition to a fravel condition for parking purposes.
Ken Carlson, representative for the school, chairman, spoke
of having no time frame to do this work.
Peter questioned the rise of the lower area.
Answer: It's a turnaround, containing shrubery.

Taubert Just this afternoon. Volume Increase, Velocity
change.

To do street and sidewalk irnporvements on Water Street
beyond Siver Court down to the ocean.
Peter Phillips. Planning Director, Rep. with Jeff King from
the department.
Bill questioned beach disturbance.
Peter Phillips said none.
Peter Gilmore questioned resource areas
Joe: How many feet near the water.
Phillips: Approximatly 100 feet. All work entirely in the
right of way.
