MINUTES FROM MEETING ON AUGUST 5, 1987
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Bouchard, Joe Manzi, George

Meeting called to order at 7:50 P.M.
Recess for Public Hearing, motion made by Paula and
seconded by Joe Manzi,

Conservation Commission.

stated that Engineer Stephen Stapinski of Merrimack
Engineering is handling this.

Construction of road and one house with services. Dan Finn
made the Presentation.
Lisa Woolworth of Towsend Engineering displayed and
explained the plan. Lots # 7,8,9, and 19 presently owned
by Douglas Development.
Joe questioned distance of house rear to wetlands.
Finn: Drivewaly only in the buffer section.
George: When was flagging done?
Lisa Woolworth:May 7th
GENERAL PUBLIC
Mark Foster 13 ~ornigside Drive submitted his comMents in
print (on file) Also, explained them verbally.
George: Questioned the 40 foot contour.
Lisa Woolworth: stated the 100 year flood elevation wouldn't
affect this development.

the other lots that are definitely in the wetlands? Also,
stated the drainage problems, of the past, could be taken
care of. Berm that was placed there, etc.
