1987-08-05 MINUTES FROM MEETING ON AUGUST 5, 1987 MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Bouchard, Joe Manzi, George Batchelder, and Paula Richards. Meeting called to order at 7:50 P.M. Recess for Public Hearing, motion made by Paula and seconded by Joe Manzi, ALL I~ FAVOR !! The Chairman, Raymond Bouchard, stated the Interests of the Conservation Commission. ERIKSON 886 Hale cont. St. Lot # 50 Representative Paul McManus from Gulf of Maine Research stated that Engineer Stephen Stapinski of Merrimack Engineering is handling this. HEARING CONTINUED UNTIL AUGUST 20, 1987 FINN Morningside Drive Lot #19 #5-269 Construction of road and one house with services. Dan Finn made the Presentation. Lisa Woolworth of Towsend Engineering displayed and explained the plan. Lots # 7,8,9, and 19 presently owned by Douglas Development. Joe questioned distance of house rear to wetlands. Finn: Drivewaly only in the buffer section. George: When was flagging done? Lisa Woolworth:May 7th GENERAL PUBLIC Mark Foster 13 ~ornigside Drive submitted his comMents in print (on file) Also, explained them verbally. George: Questioned the 40 foot contour. Lisa Woolworth: stated the 100 year flood elevation wouldn't affect this development. -2- James Rooney 10 Morningside Drive He stated that there's no drainage at this tif~e on or near his property. Street line staking- edge of sidewalk. Flagging for Lot # 19. Mr. Kimball 24 Morningside Drive What will happed with the other lots that are definitely in the wetlands? Also, stated the drainage problems, of the past, could be taken care of. Berm that was placed there, etc. Pat McGovern 19 Morningside Drive QuestIoned notification. Robin Theriault "new drain" 12 Morningside Drive Question referring to Joe ~anzi questioned roadway/catch basin. George questioned the drainage, catch basins and outlets.
