MOTION TO RECESS FOR A PUBLIC HEARING MADE BY GEORGE SECONDED BY BILL ALL IN FAVOR Chairman explained in detail, the purpose of the Conservation Commission, and the statutory interests of the Commission. #5-278 NORTH SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE Representing, Marty Healy Perrault. Has provided the storm run-offcontrol, prior to the meeting to Alan Taubert, D.P.W. Commissioner. Mr. Taubert needs additional information -calculations for c.n.'s -storage in the pond (calculations) -composite map -an operation plan of Norwood Pond. -details of area where control structure will be located (larger scale). Ben Kruser- Yes it is Bordering vegetated wetlands. George questioned total of isolated wetlands Peter Questioned BVW versus isolated wetlands or land subject to flooding. Ray suggested a site visit. Also to submit specs. r~garding draInage information and a 10 year and a one hundred year pre and post calculation of a storm run-off, condition for the road. Dan Caughlin-representing Regraded and filled and a catch basin to be constructed. 100 year flood plan varies throughout the project. (64.1) Area where the regrading will take place. Mr. Taubert, DPW Commissioner is satisfied with the calculations. George questioned Dr. Mayne when was the cul-de-sac created? Mayne answered around 8 years ago, was made useful, then proceeded with the history of the cul-de-sac. Abutter- Bill MacDonald gave his expertise opinion re: the project/fill, etc ( has photos re= paving, north end area) Mr. Taubert- If illegal fill has taken place, then compensation must be made. A site visit should be done. After a review of the site, test pits may be necessary. Research (paper work) will take place, then a field investigation. (HEARING CONT. Filing should be modified as to what is being done./ What is to be done? The water maln will not go through the wetland. Notice to be revised accordingly. Mr. Taubert requested a numerical routing, stage storage - Waterline Topography. Joe Manzi questioned the water flow. Sharry answered ends UP in the Lawrence Street Brook, down thru East Lothrop, Cross Lane, Eisenhower, Orchard St.,etc Attorney Alan Grenier, Ardiff and Morse (Danvers) GENERAL PUBLIC Leroy Hutt- No one has ,negotiated with the Hutts.
