1987-12-03 MINUTES FROM MEETING ON DECEMBER 3, 1987 MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Bouchard, Bill Liss, Peter Gilmore, George Batchelder, Paula R1chards, and Joe Manzi MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:45 P.M. MOTION TO RECESS FOR PUBLIC HEARING motion by Paula seconded by Peter ALL IN FAVOR #5-287 BURNHAM LAND TRUST West of Cabot St., to construct roadway, install drainage and utilities, perform land grading. Hayes Engineer-Representing- Peter Ogren, Attorney Richard Stafford, James Norris, Jack Kelleher Trustee, Peter Merry Trustee,. Peter Ogren made the presentation. He explained, 1n detail, the description and location of the project. Peter questioned the future of the site. Ogren- No specific use at this time. George asked that the drainage and sewer system be defined. Also, requested drainage calculations. Re: Sewer extension Ogren- has not accepted use of septic systems. Peter- Would like to see designs of roadways, catch basins, manholes, crosS sections of the roadway design. George would like to see the written proposal Re: the cul-de-sac (end of road) Detail of what is to be done (Lot 2). A force main will be going up Cabot st. The pond level has dropped,etc. PeterOgren submitted a letter including water level figures at this time. In favor of continuing to monitor the water level of the pond.
