In ground swimming pool Dr. Roy Ruff explained in detaIl the proposal
of his pool. A revised plan has been submitted.
The pool has been set further back more than 10 feet from the original
plan. Still within a 100 feet of the wetlands.

Associates, both were present.
AmendmEnt mainly for land scape purposes. All planting will occur In
upland areas outside the erosion control barrier.
Planting: At the end of the wooden fence, it will stop at the
beginning of the compensatory area.
