MEMBERS PRESENT: George Batchelder, Nancy Lodge, Bill Liss, and
Vinnie Cotreau

Representing Beverly Hospital: Mr. John Glovsky of Glovsky and
Glovsky, read a letter submitted on May 1, 1989 from Robert Fanning
(Beverly Hospital) requesting a 4 (four) week extension.
George explained the quoram problem (as recently defined by City
Solicitor Mr. Alexander) and asked if they (Laurel Ridge) would
consider to withdraw without prejudice and refile when ready.
Mr. Glovsky will speak to Mr. Fanning and others and have an answer
within a few days.

NORTHLAND ASSOCIATES
Landscaping work on the Northwest corner of the intersection of
Greenwood Ave and Common Lane.
Randy Waterman of Beals and Thomas representing Northland Barry Gaw
also present.
Randy explains areas whiCh would be landscaped, upland areas, SlOPES,
and improvements to stone wall.

Randy: No further work on Common Lane at this time.
George: All holes to be dug by hand, how soon will this be done?
Randy: All work is to be done b~ hand, hope to start within the next
two weeks.
Vinnie: Silt barrier?
Randy: Around catch basin.
Bill Lee of 245 Hale st.: Will you be coming back and destroying this
