REQUEST FOR A DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
Stein Cross St. Lot #4. Construction of a new house.
Attorney Barry Plunkett, for owners Bernard.
Stated Lot #4, is not in a resource area also, that no work is taking
place now. Mrs. Stein stated the area presently being worked on 1S an
area subject to flooding. Lot #4 is a bordering land subject to
flooding.
Attorney Plunkett 10:03 Paragraph IB read that the burden is on the
applicant to provide all the necessary data to the Commission in order
to make a determination. Lynne Stein stated This is a 2-prong issue:
1. Dirt placed to the eastern side of the house.
2. Cut a grade down over to Cross Street, have now opened another
spillway. The abutment of 4 houses is the only thing stopping the
water at this time.
Engineer Carl Balsley of Hayes Engineering Company exhibited a
descriptive plan regarding the buffer zone-100' from the property.
Also- Topographic plans. Same date and same scale.
